How Do You Use a Random Orbital Floor Sander?

Here are the steps you need to follow.
Step1: Attach Sandpaper
The first thing you need to do before you start using the sander is to install the sandpaper. This is the most important part of your selection. Eventually, your sandpaper is going to give you the finish you want on your floor. So be careful at this step.
Choose sandpaper grit as per your job needs. Normally start from 36-40 grits & go up to the utmost 80-100 grits to finish sanding.

Step 3: Start Sanding
Now put your hands on the handle & squeeze the control levers. You don’t need to move the sander with the wood grains. You can move it in any direction as the sander has a random movement, it doesn’t sand the same place twice. The best thing about this sander is no matter how you’re sanding, you’re not going to damage your floor.
Also, it covers a large area while sanding, so you don’t have to move the sander much. And also you can keep sanding the rough area for a longer time. After finishing sanding, release the handle and unplug the connector.
Check the dust bag. If it is full, empty the dust bag in a bin & reattach.
